Update your accreditation documents.
Overview:
It is important to keep the accreditation documents on your EzLicence profile up to date. These accreditation documents include your:
- Driving Licence
- Approved Driving Instructor Licence (ADI)
As soon as one of these documents expire, your calendar will be closed to all bookings and appear as booked out to learners until we receive a copy of your updated accreditation document
To ensure you have ample time to update any documents that are coming up for expiry, EzLicence will send you a series of reminder emails which you will receive:
- 90 days before expiry
- 60 days before expiry
- 30 days before expiry
- 14 days before expiry
You can submit your accreditation document(s) to us in a few quick steps. Ahead of submitting, please note the document requirements:
- Image must be clear, with all edges included
- Image must be in colour
- Image must be in .png or .jpg format
- Image must be at least of 500 pixels wide
How to update your accreditation documents
Step 1.
Log in to your instructor account.
Step 2.
On your Dashboard, find the menu and select Verifications.
Step 3.
Find the document you wish to update and click the ↑submit new document button.
Step 4.
Upload a photo of your new document.
Step 5.
Enter the new Expiration Date.
Step 6.
Click the Submit For Review button.
Once completed, it will come to our team for review. Once verified, the document will be approved and your calendar will be opened.
If you have applied for a renewal, you can submit a copy in the same way. Our team will temporarily extend your calendar until you receive your new document. When you do, please update it in the same way.
