This will be useful if:
You are a Driving Instructor User of the EzLicence booking platform.
You are trying to:
Understand your cancellation rate.
Overview:
Cancellations are the #1 reason that instructors receive a bad rating. Your Cancellation Rate provides valuable insight into your performance, so understanding and monitoring it are essential . Here are a few insights it can provide:
- Professional Development and Improvement:
- Cancellation behaviour can highlight areas of improvement in time management, availability, booking management, communication skills, and overall service delivery. Tracking your cancellation rate helps measure your reliability.
- Maintaining Professionalism:
- A lower cancellation rate demonstrates professionalism and commitment. Keeping this metric low helps in building and maintaining a positive reputation.
- Income Stability:
- High cancellation rates can lead to lost income and decreased business opportunities. By monitoring your cancellation rate, you can take proactive steps to minimise cancellations, ensuring more consistent earnings.
EzLicence displays the cancellation rate to driving instructors only. It is designed to empower you to improve your professional practices, ensure better income stability, and build stronger, more trustworthy relationships with your learners.
