Profile badges help you stand out in search results and build trust with learners. They are awarded based on your performance and profile details. Badges can increase your visibility and help you get more bookings.
Profile Badges and How They’re Awarded
We currently offer three badges:
- Top Instructor:
- Average rating 4.8+ and at least 30 reviews
- This badge stays on your profile as long as you meet the rating and review requirements
- Great Value:
- Rating of 4.6+ and competitive pricing (lowest 30% for that search)
- This badge changes based on each learner’s search
- High Demand:
- Instructors that received the most booking hours in the past 7 days
- This badge changes based on each learner’s search
Note: Great Value and High Demand badges are shown based on location and transmission type. This means you are compared to other instructors in the same search, not across the whole country.
How to Earn Badges
Top Instructor
- Deliver a great learner experience: be on time and avoid last-minute cancellations
- Ask for reviews after lessons
Great Value
- Check your pricing often and keep it competitive
- Maintain a strong rating (4.6+) by delivering quality lessons
High Demand
- Show as many upcoming time slots as possible in your calendar
- Propose bookings to learners who plan to rebook so you lock in their next lesson early
- Upsell test packages to your learners to secure more hours in advance
- Add more time slots during busy periods if possible
- Avoid cancellations and reschedules
