Overview:
Once you have created your EzLicence learner account, you are able to manage all of your purchases and bookings via your learner account.
From your dashboard, you can make a new booking, reschedule or cancel an existing booking as well as purchase additional driving lessons.
You can view your booking details in a few simple steps.

On your Dashboard, you can view all of your bookings under Upcoming Bookings
What if my booking isn't there?
There are a couple of reasons why your booking may not appear in your Upcoming Bookings list:
1. You have logged into the wrong learner account
Sometimes learners create more than one learner account using different email addresses. Have you logged in using the correct email address?
2. The booking was saved but not confirmed
When you are making a booking, you can add multiple dates and times to book more than one booking. Each time you add a new date and time, you click save, but there is one final step, confirm bookings. Please click here for further information.
