While you’re planning your learning journey, it’s worth considering booking multiple lessons in advance. Plus, if you purchase a few lessons at a time, you may qualify for a discount! For more detail on purchasing additional credits, click here.
And remember, if things change, you can easily reschedule or cancel your bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
This article is divided into two sections:
- How to book a driving lesson
- How to book a driving test package
How to book a driving lesson
Step 1.
Log in to your learner account
Step 2.
On your Dashboard, next to your instructor’s profile picture, click Book Now.
Step 3.
The ‘Make a Booking’ screen will appear. Click Booking Type to view booking options.
Step 4.
Select 1-Hour Lesson or 2-Hour Lesson from the dropdown.
Step 5.
Under Availability Dates, select your lesson date and your lesson start time.
Step 6.
Scroll down to check the Pick Up Location. Click Save.
Step 7.
As a default, the Bookings will appear and the Order Summary will be collapsed. Simply click the ^ to expand the Order Summary to view the payment amount.
Step 8.
The order summary will now show. If you have sufficient credit in your wallet, it will use this to secure your booking. If you do not have sufficient credit, go to step 11.
Step 9.
Click Continue.
Step 10.
You will return to your Dashboard and an onscreen booking confirmation will appear. You will also be sent a confirmation email with a calendar invite.
Step 11. (optional)
If you have insufficient credit available in your wallet, your Order Summary will display the amount payable. This will be deducted from your saved payment method.
Step 12. (optional)
Click Continue.
Step 13. (optional)
If you do not have saved payment details, select the payment method and enter the details.
Step 14. (optional)
Scroll down to check the billing information, this will be included on your payment receipt and cannot be amended.
Step 15. (optional)
Click Pay.
Step 16. (optional)
You will return to your Dashboard and an onscreen booking confirmation will appear. You will also be sent a confirmation email with a calendar invite.
How to book a driving test package
Step 1.
Log in to your learner account
Step 2.
On your Dashboard, next to your instructor’s profile picture, click Book Now.
Step 3.
The ‘Make a Booking’ screen will appear. Click Booking Type to view booking options.
Step 4.
Select Driving Test Package from the dropdown. A warning will appear - you must book your own driving test with the local roads authority.
Step 5.
Select your Driving test location. If the test centre is not listed, it is not serviced by your selected instructor.
Step 6.
Under Availability Dates, select your test date and your test start time. The test centre's booking system operates in 10 minute increments, ours operates in 15 minute increments. As a result, we may not show the exact test time, you simply need to book the closest test time (within 5 minutes) in our system. If the time is not selectable, your selected instructor is unavailable for your test.
Step 7.
Scroll down to check the Pick Up and Drop Off Locations. Click Save.
Step 8.
As a default, the Bookings will appear and the Order Summary will be collapsed. Simply click the ^ to expand the Order Summary to view the payment amount.
Step 9.
